Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return request, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Eligible Items

Items showing signs of use, misuse, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for return consideration.
